Full Time Warranty/Office Clerk

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and experienced Office Clerk.  

Service Office Responsibilities

• Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable, including simple bookkeeping and banking tasks
• Monitoring office inventory and ordering supplies
• Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
• Sorting and delivering incoming mail and collecting and sending outgoing mail
• Posting reports in CDK accounting software 
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Warranty Clerk Responsibilities

• Sumbitting manufacturer warranties and recalls to appropriate parties for payment
• Following up with submissions until payment is received
• Communicating with service manager and office to ensure a clean warranty schedule

Education/Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Experience highly preferred
